![]() Crop tool - added option to keep last used aspect ratio selection.Improvements in the auto task creator in batch processing,.Added option (see Program Options -> Misc) to use the last used preset instead of default when easyHDR starts,.Added new 'Colors/Sigma' parameter in the 'Bilateral filter' in the 'Postprocessing' tab.Added the 'last used' preset to the batch processing,.Added possibility to select the algorithm (Program Options -> Misc). Switched default RAW demosaicing interpolation algorithm from AHD to DCB (lower moire). It allows some control over fine ghosting, but most importantly it provides a way to automatically reject artifacts caused by hot pixels and satellites in case of astrophotography stacking. New selectivity options for HDR generation (and stacking) - allows selecting how many brightest or darkest pixels in each location shall be rejected from the merge. It is now also possible to load tone mapping settings from ehpx project files,.It is available for both RAW and FITS import (in the dialogs as well as in the main window's 'File' menu), Added new tool for creating master calibration frames by stacking multiple dark or flat frames. It allows stretching histogram, setting gamma, correcting white balance, applying calibration frames (darks and flats), etc., When loading FITS images, an options dialog with image preview is shown, similar to the RAW import dialog.Added option to step in the middle of HDR Generation - new button allows applying automatic lens correction and alignment followed by manual cropping and return to HDR generation,.It allows reduction of high ISO color noise as well as reduction of color fringes (lens'es chromatic aberration artifacts), New 'Colors' parameter for HDR/LDR noise filter.Just create a task list, start processing, and wait for the results. If you have hundreds of photos to process, you'll also find batch processing very useful. There is also a plug-in allowing integration with Adobe Lightroom 4 and later. and nearly all digital camera RAW formats by all vendors.FITS (used in astrophotography cameras). You get maximum control on the tone-mapping process by having a live preview of a photo at full resolution.ĮasyHDR is capable of these image formats: Manual and automatic ghost removal allows fixing problems with moving people, cars, trees, etc. It compensates even for perspective misalignment. If the photos are taken hand-held (without a tripod) the photo alignment tool (automatic as well as manual) can be used. It has to be tone mapped, so it can be displayed on a computer screen or printed. An HDR image is produced out of a sequence of photos taken with different exposure settings. You will get neat results even if the photos are taken in very difficult lighting conditions. EasyHDR is an image-processing application that produces and tone maps High Dynamic Range images. Say goodbye to unwanted over- and underexposures. Here’s a couple of examples of EasyHDR processed images - note I’m processing to attempt to make the image look natural. With easyHDR, get your digital photos closer to what you've seen with your own eyes. Theoretically you should buy the commercial license at €47 and not the home license at €28 but you could probably start with the home license until you successfully deploy EasyHDR in your commercial workflow. I’ll probably return Aurora 2019 as I so much prefer what I get out of EasyHDR.ĮasyHDR also does a much better job auto-masking moving objects (branches, windmills) to eliminate ghosting than either Aurora 2019 or Photoshop CS6.ĮasyHDR is much less expensive than Photomatix Pro - it’s just some bright guy in Poland named Bartłomiej Okonek who is a programmer and an astro-photographer who originally created it for his own use. PhotoMatix Pro and Aurora are apparently quite similar in their output style. I am not pleased at all with what Photomatix Pro does to RAW files (No “Natural” setting available, and the result shouts “HDR”)ĮasyHDR creates much more natural HDR images than for instance Aurora 2019.
